Ingredients:
3 kumquats, one sliced in half
Sprig of arbaroriza (pictured) or rosemary
0.2 oz. Triple sec
3 oz. Vodka
1.5 oz. dry Vermouth
Combine sliced kumquat, arbaroriza (or rosemary), and Triple sec in a cocktail shaker. Press the leaves and kumquat slices against the bottom of the shaker using a muddler, or back of a wooden spoon, to release the flavors; add ice, vermouth and vodka. Shake vigorously until thoroughly chilled. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with two remaining kumquats on a skewer and the sprig of abaroriza or rosemary.
